                                                Today I made color milk that runs from soap.

                                                         Ingredients: 

                                      Milk, Food Coloring, Q-Tips, Soap and a small bowl/pan.

     Step by Step

                                               #1 Pour a little bit of milk in the bowl/pan.

                                   #2 Drip in as much food coloring as desired just don't overdo it.

                                               #3 Take a Q-Tp and put a drop of soap on it.

                                                          #4 Dip the Q-Tip in the milk.

                                                             Result

If done correctly the food coloring should retract from the Q-Tip causing the Q-Tip to stay untouched by the food coloring.
